THE NEW ZEALAND EMBARGO (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 30. The Daily Telegraph's agricultural correspondent says that the farmers are sore about the New Zealand embargo on British pedigree cattle, and quotes Mr James Barclay, secretary of the Aberdeen Angus Cattle Society, as saying that pedigree stock was purchased in America for New Zealand, while Argentina, whose exports are restricted in the interests of the dominions, is Britain's best pedigree buyer.
