PACIFIC SHIPPING

THE COMPETITION PROBLEM AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND INTERESTS (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 30. Wflen the attention of Mr N. S. Falla, managing director of the Union Company, was drawn to the statement by Mr Lyons regarding the Pacific shipping problem, Mr Falla said that after consultation with the New Zealand Government he hopes to go to Australia in the near future to discuss Pacific shipping generally with the Federal Government. He characterised the message from Melbourne as " helpful."
