Secondly, she has formed a GermanHungarian Bauxite Company. Thirdly, she lias extended credit enabling a Ger-man-owned Esthonian shale oil company nearly to treble production. Hungarian imports are unlikely to be cut off even in war, while the Baltic oil supply is most valuable to the navy."
