ELECTION BROADCASTS
THE LIBERAL SPEAKERS A SIGNIFICANT SELECTION (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, October 26. Satisfaction is expressed in the I Iberal newspapers at the announcement that the election broadcasts on the three nights allotted to the Liberals by agreement between the political parties and the British Broadcasting Corporation will be delivered by Lord Snowden, Mr Lloyd George, and Sir Herbert Samuel. The Manchester Guardian says the fact that both Mr Lloyd George and Lord Snowden have found it possible to identify themselves so closely with the Liberal campaign, even though the association proved to be confined to wirel -s, is an event of some political significance. DISSOLUTION OF PARLIAMENT (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, October 26. The King's proclamation for dissolution of Parliament was published in the London Gazette last night.
