GOVERNOR-GENERAL OF CANADA
DEPARTURE FROM LONDON LONDON, October 20. (Received Oct. 27, at 5.5 p.m.) Lord Tweedsmuir, the new GovernorGeneral of Canada, left London to-day, en route to Ottawa. Among those at the station to bid him farewell was Mr J. H. Thomas, Secretary for Dominion Affairs.
