AN UNUSUAL EXCHANGE
TRANSACTION IN SPIES LONDON, October 26. (Received Oct, 27, at 9 p-m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Strasbourg correspondent says that the two Germans convicted of spying in France wcie unprecedentedly exchanged for three Frenchmen convicted of spying in Germany. The exchange occurred in the middle of the Kehl bridge on the Franco-German frontier.
