Purvis are among the 108 entrants ,for the g°R tourney for men who served in the Great War, to be played at the Miramar links next ’Wednesday. WINS 3 CHAMPIONSHIPS. The winner of the 1935 Open Championship at Christchurch, A. Murray, and also the runner-up, A. J. Shaw, played the Dunlop “65 ” Golf Ball. The winners of the Professional and Amateur Championships also played Dunlop.—Advt.
