EMPLOYERS' ASSOCIATION
ANNUAL MEETING The annua] meeting of the Otago Employers' Association was held in the Somerset Lounge last night. The president (Mr W. A. Flavell) occupied the chair, and there was a good attendance of members. , , The chairman moved the adoption ot the annual report and balance sheet, and spoke of various matters of interest to members. . " The motion was carried without discus-OFFICE-BEARERS. Office-bearers were elected as follows: President, Mr A. J. Allen; vice-presidents, Messrs M. S. Myers and G. A. Laurenson; committee—Messrs W. R. Brinsley, William Eas-ton, Alfred Pels, W. A. Flavell, J H Gilbert. E. C. Hazlett, Alfred Ibbotson, W. W. Mackersy, F. W. Mitchell, C. A. Shiel, H. F. Sjncock, A. Smeilie, J. C. H. Someryille and James Stark; representatives to the annual meeting of the federation to be held in WellingtonMessrs Flavell, Allen and Myers; auditors —Messrs Barr, Burgess and Stewart.
