A FATAL COLLISION
. INQUEST ON THE VICTIM FURTHER PROCEEDINGS PROBABLE. (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, October 23. An inquest was held to-day into the death, on August 10, of Eric Malcolm Biel, a motor mechanic who was injured in a collision between a lorry and a tramcar in Kent terrace. , Evidence was given that the driver ot the lorry in which the deceased was riding, a Hindu named Gala Parsotam, smelied strongly of liquor. . The coroner exonerated the driver or the trarnear, and said that, in view of the possibility of further proceedings, he would not comment on the evidence.
