POLLING DAY NOVEMBER 14 (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, October 21. Both Houses of Parliament will reassemble to-morrow, and the final sitting of the present Parliament will take place on Friday, when it will be dissolved. Polling day will be November 14. With few exceptions the results of all the contests will be known by the evening of November 15 A WOMAN CANDIDATE LONDON, October 21. (Received Oct. 22, at 10 p.m.) Mrs Venderelst, who organises a campaign at every execution '.gainst capital punishment, announces that she will contest the Putney seat at the general election as an Independent Conservative and will carry on the crusade in Parliament.
