PLANE DISASTERS
TWO CRASH INTO WATER FIVE PEOPLE DROWNED (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, July 22. A six-seater passenger plane belonging to Western Airways came down in the Bristol Channel. Motor boats put out and found the machine completely wrecked and recovered the bodies of two passengers. The pilot’s body sank with the plane. Earlier in the day an Air Force Vildebeeste, believed to be practising attacks on warships, plunged into the Firtli of Forth, the two occupants being drowned.
