NOTES FROM WELLINGTON
(Special to Daily Times) 'WELLINGTON. July 23. Billy Boy and Verden gave a good display over six hurdles at Trentham this morn jpg, and Billy Boy will definitely he a starter in the Grand National Steeplechase. They will leave for Riccarton on Monday night. T. R. George is sending his Sydney team along now. Wotan is doing particularly well, hut the most-likely for an early win on the other side is Princess Doreen. Ibis mare came in looking exceptionally well, and since being taken up has never looked back.
