CIVIL FLYING
' BLUE RIBAND OF FRANCE WON BY BRITISH MACHINE CANNES, July. 21. The blue riband of civil flying in France was won by a British Percival New Gull machine, piloted by Count de Chanteaubruu, who made a flight from Deauville to Cannes at an average Speed oil 187 miles an hour.- The prize, amounting to 100,000 francs, was competed for by all Continental countries
