UNLAWFULLY ON PREMISES FINES OF £ls IMPOSED. (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 22. Ah Hong, fruiterer, and Chan King, also a fruiterer, were each fined £ls by the magistrate, Mr W. F. Stilwell, in default one month’s imprisonment, for being unlawfully on premises used for the 'smoking of opium. The. case was a sequel to a raid on premises in Earning street early on Saturday morning. Detective Sergeant Revel! said that since the accused were arrested fingerprints showed that Ah Hong was identical with Ti Hung, who was fined £SO for keeping a common gaming house at Wellington in 1933, and Chan King was identical with Chin Hong, who was fined £SO in 1930 at Auckland for possessing opium. •
