FORTNEY DEFEATS DEVINE SYDNEY, July 1. (Received July 2, at 1.30 a.m.) At the Stadium' to-night the referee stopped the contest between the American, Harry Devine, 10.1, and Jack Fortney, 10.3, awarding the decision to Fortney in the tenth round.
