ASSISTING YOUTHS
PROJECTS IN AMERICA WASHINGTON, June 27. (Received June 27, at 10 p.m.) President Roosevelt created by Executive order to-day a National Youth Administration with an appropriation of 50,000,000 dollars, which will be spent to assist 500,000 needy youths to obtain a good start in life. The foundation's objects include finding private employment, training for industrial, technical and professional employment, assistance for continuation in high schools and colleges, and work relief projects.
