COMMUNITY SINGING
To-morrow'; night in the Town Hall there will be a packed house to welcome Mr Alan Brown and Mr Bert Goodland, community singing leaders, of Christcluirch, who have accepted the invitation of Toe H, Dunedin, to conduct a "sing" here. On the same programme Miss Lily Stevens's ballet, " Scotland's Own," will dance to music supplied by Begg's Orchestra. Miss Hazel Walker, Miss Joy Gray and Mr Arthur Macdonnld will sing popular numbers, and the Revellers' Dance Band, with Mr Ted Andrews and Mr Ted Hcaney as soloists, will play dance selections. A collection will be taken at the doors, and the proceeds will be devoted to the wireless in relief camps appeal. Seats for the dres9 circle and stalls can be reserved at Begg's. The upper gallery will not be reserved.
