THE WINCHESTER CUP WON BY CHRISTCHURCH CLUB (Peb United Pbess Association) WELLINGTON, June 27. In the fourth competition for the Winchester Cup, shot under the auspices of the New Zealand Miniature Rifle Association, United (Christchurch), by repeating ita record score of last year, 993, was again successful. West End (Timaru) was the runner-up with 990, and Sumner-Redcliffs third with 988. There were six double possibles of 200, these being secured by R. Williams (United), C. Blackwood (West End), K. Perkins (Westport), L. Hare (Hutt), W. Bradshaw (Timaru), and W Birch (Longburn).
