BUDGET FORECAST
NO INCOME TAX REDUCTION RESTORATION OF SALARY CUTS LONDON, April 11. (Received April 11, at 10.10 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph discussng the Budget prospects, expresses the opinion that there is no hope of a reduction in the standard rate of income tax. The remaining half of the pay cubs of Ministers, judges, civil servants, teachers and police are likely to be restored. Otherwise only minor concessions are possible.
