RAVAGED BY FROSTS SMALL HARVEST EXPECTED PARIS, April 11. (Received April 11, at 10.10 p.m.) Spring frosts have ravaged the vineyards in the Bordeaux region. It is estimated’ that from 50 to 00 per cent, of the crops have been ruined. Such a disaster has not occurred since 1892. The harvests will be extremely small, while last year’s was one of the 'best on record, both in quality and quantity.
