LUDENDORFF’S BIRTHDAY BERLIN, April 9. (Received April 10, at 5.5 p.m.) Despite a downpour 5000, headed by the Minister of Defence (General von Bloinberg) and a Eeichswehr guard of honour, gathered in a muddy field at General von Ludendorff’s estate for the celebrations of his birthday. The exCrown Prince was among the callers offering congratulations.
