THOUSANDS OF ACCIDENTS ADMISSIONS IN REPORT MOSCOW, March 20. The annual report of the Soviet railways admits 62,000 accidents and collisions involving hundreds of deaths,, thousands of injuries, and placing out of action 7000 locomotives, destroying 4500 trucks and carriages, and damaging 60,000.
