ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL
TRAMWAYS CLUB. The Tramways Association Football Club held its annual meeting in the cluliroom at the Car Sheds. There was a large attendance of members. The secretary- of the Otago Football Association (Mr Sinclair) was welcomed to the meeting by the club president (Mr A. M. Webster). . . Moving the adoption of the annual report and balance sheet, Mr Webster congratulated the team on winning the Second Division championship for the second time in succession, lne credit balance of £lB 16s 2d was very satisfactory, and, altogether, the club was in a very healthy state. , , ~ The question of entering a team in the First Division was discussed, and it.was decided that, owing to the nature of the work of tramway employees, it would be impossible for players to be relieved in time to take part in First Grade fixtures. „ ... The election of office-bearers resulted as follows:—Patron, Mr W. H. Mackenzie (re-elected); president, Mr A. M. Webster (re-elected); secretary and treasurer, Mr N C Keach (re-elected); auditors, Messrs C' J. Gray and R. C. Mac Murray; delegates to the Otago Football Association— Messrs N. Keach, A_Webster, and T. Halliday; committee—Messrs L. Todd, JA. Cox, W. Wilson, C. Mac Murray, C. Gray, G. Fraser, W. Wilkinson, P. Race, R. Doig, J. Ramsay, R. Macfarlane.
