FORESTERS
C R. Bro. J. Dey presided at the fortnightly meeting of Court Enterprise. The ■woodwards reported favourably on the sick members. An invitation was received and accepted from Court Excelsior to attend its anniversary meeting on February 26. P.C.R. Bro. S. B. Brettell reported on hjs visit to Court Pride pf Dunedin. P.C.R. Bro. W. M. Hogg reported on the visit to Court St. Andrew's jubilee banquet and Bro. Warren on the court’s dance. The secretary was instructed to write to Court St. Andrew congratulating them on attaining their jubilee. Two candidates were initiated by the C.R., P.C.R. Bro. D. Mercer taking the second part. The acting S.C.R., P.C.R. Bro. S. welcomed the new, brothers with the Foresters’ toast. It was decided that Bro. Steele be presented with the usual honours and that his name bo placed on the respect board, his term expiring on March 19. Alter the close of the meeting the members played a game of cards.
