Emperor, who was interviewed, said he was anxious to carry out as quickly as possible the agreement reached at Geneva, which he- understood to mean that Ethiopia and Italy should recommence direct negotiations-for the sole purpose of : arranging prompt arbitration regarding responsibility .for the clash at Walwal and the exact pqsition of the frontier..■
