REORGANISATION IN BRITAIN \ , (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, November 15. (Received Nov. 16, at 5.5 p.m.) Sir Andrew Duncan, chairman of the Central Electricity Board, has been appointed independent chairman of the Iron and Steel Federation, which includes 14 industries and more than 40 associations. It is recognised that he will play >an important part in the future development of the scheme for reorganisation of the industry, which is in an advanced stage.
