FOOTBALL “GOOD THINGS”
Ardent followers of football in Britain used to think nothing of going without dinner, to bo in time to see a match, but that is a thing of the past. Big League clubs arc catering for the inner man in sityle. Lunch is served by the Arsenal Club from a menu which could not be bettered in many a good restaurant. It is not unusual for hundreds of luncheons to be served to patrons who like to take their football in wellfed content. Drinks are served, and on many grounds there are 44 snacks 44 in varied plenty for those who do not want a set meal. Ten after the match is quite a social function, and chocolate sellers have such a busy time that one man was recently credited with a turnover of £ls.
