CONTRACT RESCISSION
SHARE SUBSCRIPTIONS VERDICT FOR PLAINTIFFS LONDON, October 18. After a 36-day trial in the Chancery Division the actions of John Godenay and Davie Kernan versus the New Zealand Sulphur Company claiming rescission of contracts to subscribe for shares in the company on the ground of misrepresentations, Mr Justive Crossman gave his verdict in favour of the plaintiffs, with costs.
