CHINESE FESTIVAL
EXHIBITION CONCLUDED. The exhibition of Chinese art which has been held in the Y.W.C.A. in connection with the visit to Dunedin of Miss Moncrieff, world fellowship secretary of the movement, was concluded yesterday. Great interest was taken in the numerous articles of exquisite workmanship, ranging from fine embroidery to delicately cut jade. A feature of the exhibition was Miss Moncrieff’s own collection of works .of art, together with a number of photographs which she took while travelling in China. Many of them were coloured by Chinese workmen.
