THE WANGANUI CHAMPIONSHIP MISS KAY DEFEATS MISS GAISFORD. (Pee United Press Association.) WANGANUI, October 19. The Ladies’ Provincial Golf Championship was continued at Belmont in showery The greens wore rather holding. In the semi-final of the provincial championship Miss 0. Kay won from Mrs Brodrick (Wanganui), 7 and 5; Miss Gaisford won from Miss Currie (Wanganui), 3 and 2. In the final Miss Kay beat Miss Gaisford, 3 and 2. In the Nukurlro Handicap semi-final, Miss Bell (Seafield) won from Mrs Earle (Wanganui), 3 ,and 2; Miss Zeislcr (Wanganui) won from Miss ' Quinn (Wanganui), 4 and 3.
