LAUDER GUN CLUB
The Lauder Gun Club held a very successful shoot last Saturday under ideal weather conditions. The following are the scores; — Blythe Bank Cup.—L. P. Hayes (20yds) 12 birds, A. F. MTntosh (19yds) 11, T. Clouston (20yds) 11, R. Brown (12yd&) 10, W. Alexander (11yds) 10, S. Leask (16yds) 10, T. Leith (17yds) 9, C. Drake (20yds) 9, A. Brown (19yds) 9, J. Leask (16yds) 9, W. M'Breen (15yds) 8, T. A. Lewis (16yds) 8, J. Patterson (16yds) 7, C. Beattie (11yds) 7; J. Stuart (14yds), retired; W. Howjohns (11yds), retired. L. P. Hayes won the Cup and first money, and A. F. MTntosh and T. Clouston divided . second and third money. Championship (all off 16yds).—T. Leith 12, J. Hayes 11, A. Brown 11, C. Drake 10, W. M'Breen 10, J. Patterson 10, T. Clouston 10, A. F,- MTntoVi 10, T. A. Lewis 10, J. Leask 9,' R. Brown 8, W. Alexander 8, C. Hoskins 8, J. Stuart 7. T. Leith won the cup and first money, and L. Hayes and A. Brown divided second and third money. In- a novice sweepstake J. Beattie was the winner, and a first-miss-out competition was won by J. Leask.
