THE ROAD TO BRIGHTON
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, — I heartily endorse the remarks by “ Potholes ” regarding the present state of the road to Brighton. On < a recent week-end I had occasion to drive some friends on a pleasure run to Brighton. I am quite sure that it is likely to be some time hence before I will take a “ pleasure run ” on that road. 1 sincerely hope that the Taieri County Council' will, in the near future, see fit to put right the disgraceful condition of the road to this popular seaside resort.— I am, etc., More Potholes.
