Sir, —It appears from a statement by "Justice” in your issue this morning, that “ the work of the Power Board has been allowed to get all behind during the past year.” Now, just 12 months ago, the board decided to dispense with the services of an efficient engineer and faithful servant. Query, are these circumstances entirely without connection? —I am, etc., Hello There! September 11.
