THE INDUSTRIAL CODES CLASSIFICATION SCHEME / (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) WASHINGTON, August 27. (Deceived August 28, at.B p.m.) As the first step in the long contemplated reorganisation of the N.H.A., it has been announced that all the codes will be classified into four main and 22 subdivisions. The four include industries involved in the production of basic materials: from the soil, fabrication into finished products, services ranging from transportation to amusements, and distribution (both wholesale arid retail). For weeks there, have been rumours of the;' reorganisation of the N.R.A. down to a change of directorship. To-day reports were published that General .Jolinspn had actually resigned in, disagreement with hig subordinates, but this has been)' denied; both by White House and General Johnson. The. general, belief is that a board will eventually be constituted to direct the organisation,. with General Johnson in an important position,, but not sole administrator, as now.
