GAME OF BADMINTON
A FEDERATION FORMED LONDON, July 30. (Received July 30, at 10 p.m.) An international badminton federation has been formed representing 1100 clubs in England, 250 in Scotland, 60 in Wal-ss, 275 in Ireland, 200 in Canada, 250 in Australia, 100 in New Zealand, and some hundreds in France, Sweden, Norway, India and the Malay States. The federation will hereafter lay down .he rules of the game. The question of a world-wide competition on Davis Cup lines is already being considered.
