■AGREEMENT IN FRANCE FIGHT AGAINST FASCISM LONDON, July 30. (Received July 30, at 8 p.m.) The Manchester Guardian's Paris correspondent says the French Socialists and Communists have- concluded a "united pact" to mobilise the entire working population against Fascist organisations, and dissolving the present Chamber, opposing preparations for a new war and opposing the Fascist terror in Austria and Germany.
