REMOVAL COMPLETED NOW, IN BUCKINGHAM PALACE. ; LONDON,-May 17, The spacious wine cellars, between the State apartments in St.-James Palace in which Henry VIII laid down his wines, and which have been continually used since by monarchs, are now vacated, says the Sunday Times.
