A GENERAL DECLINE LAND VALUES AND OUTPUT. LONDON, June 9. (Received June 10, at 8 p.m.) A Ministry of Agriculture report reveals that between 1025 and 1931 the capital value of agricultural land in England and Wales declined from £815,000,000 to £045,000,000. The capital of tenants declined by £85,000,000, and agricultural output by £30,750,000 owing to lower prices.
