THE WANGANELLA'S LARGE PASSENGER LIST (Special to Daily Times.) WELLINGTON, May 10. The Wanganella took more than 800 passengers when she'left Wellington today for Sydney and Melbourne. Last February the ship carried 337 people, away, and in March she broke her own record by taking 361 travellers. To-day she left port with 322 passengers on Aboard. Only once this year have more than 300 people been brought to Wellington from Sydney, that being when the Monowai brought 313 travellers early in February. Since the beginning of 1931 there have been only three trips from Sydney to-Wellington on which over 300 people have been carried. On the other hand more than 300 people have been taken out of Wellington to Australia on 18 different occasions during the same period.
