Mr Justice Eve dismissed the application for an injunction against the Cunard-Whiia: S|tat merger.Mrj Neville, Chamberlain stated, in the House of Commons on March;la that he had'had an opportunity of reading the press reports indicating that; the International Mercantile - Marine Company was* contemplating action against the Cunard-White Star merger.
