—,—■» i. ■ ■ ■ COASTAL STEAMER ASHORE. IN DANGEROUS POSITION. SYDNEY, May 8. The coastal steamer Nambucca, 415 tons, is ashore in a dangerous position at the entrance to the Nambucca River. A crew of 12 is on board. After four rocket lines had failed to reach the ship from the breakwater rescue efforts were abandoned until the morning. VESSEL MAY BE SAVED. SYDNEY, May 8. The Executive Committee of Australian Dairy Produce Export Board announced that the 20 per cent, restriction on the gradings of butter for export to the British market will be discontinued after June 1. Shipments of butter withheld at that date will be spread over a short period. .
