LONDON, March 14. •.'(Received March 14, at 11. p.m.) The Daily Telegraph's Doom correjpondent" says'that the advisers of the Hoheiizolleriis are discussing the exKaiser's return to Germany owing to his straitened circumstances and losses through exchange of moneys in England and America, and the; restriction on the export of moneys from Germany under the Hitler regime. It is suggested that the 'ex-Kaiser might go to one of his castles at Hamburg and end his days in comparative seclusion.
