FIRE INSURANCE CLAIMS
A BLACKLISTING BUREAU LONDON, March 13. (Received March 13, at 11 p.m.) As a result Of the Harris case a bureau has been formed in the city to blacklist all fire-raisers. The bureau has already enabled companies to throw out claims and submit cases to the director, of prosecutions.
