ANTI-RELIGIOUS WAR
INTENSIFICATION ORDERED LATEST SOVIET DECREE. MOSCOW, March 12. Yoroslavsky (president of the Militant Godless Society) has ordered an intensification of the anti-religious war, declaring that religion is being revived in the guise of Communism, and is using slogans such as “With God and the Communists we can build up Socialism,” and “ Christ was the first Socialist.” Yoroslavsky laments the wider celebration of Christmas and the reopening of churches.
