The opposing fleets will determine the, problem, of whether Britain; can maintain her food supplies when faced by a strong Atlantic sea Power. The results of the manoeuvres will probably depend on the weather. If the Red Fleet, representing Britain, is able to use aircraft to locate and bomb its adversaries it will probably inflict decisive damage on them. The Red Fleet's task will; be, to prevent the Blues from seizing neutral.ports near Gibraltar, thus obtaining: a base to attack, the Mediterranean trade. ; -..
