MEMORIAL TO . VICTIMS
LONDON, September 19. (Received Sept. 20, at 5.5 p.m.) Air-commodore Williams will represent, the Commonwealth at the unveiling on October 1 of the memorial at the scene of the disaster to the victims of RlOl, including Squadron-leader Palstra (Australia) .
