(SrECiAL to Daily Times.) KUROW, September 7. KUROW RIFLE CLUB. The following are the beet scores of the weekly shoot of the Kurow Miniature Rifle Club:—E. Christianson 79. A. C. Robinson 78, R. Greer 77, J. Collins 77, G. Donald 76, T. Sanders 75, J. R. Jackson 75, L. Worthington 74, W. Robinson 74, F. Welsh 73, S. Appleby 73, W. Booth 73, A. Bradley 73, J. Curie 72, D. Todd 72. T. Lambcrton 71, and L. Menzieg 70. . E. Christianson won the weekly button off the rifle, and J. R. Jackson the handicap button in the final shoot off. ■ On the weekly team shoot, G. R. Shaw s team, the holders of the lead for some time, were beaten by E. Christiansons team, consisting of E. Christianson, W. Robinson, T. Sanders, and D. Todd. SUCCESSFUL DANCE. On Wednesday evening a successful dance was held in the Otiake Hall. Mr T. Taylor carried out the duties of M.C. The Monte Carlo waltz was won by Mr T. Taylor and Miss E. Campbell, and the Lucky Spot waltz by Mr William Grant and Miss L. Dumpleton. The dance music was supplied by Mrs T. M'Gimpeey and Messrs J. Richardson and E. Russell, extras being played by Mr L. Galvin and Piper R. Grant.
