TARIFF TRUCE
DENOUNCED BY HOLLAND LIBERTY OF ACTION DESIRED. THE HAGUE, September 5. Holland has denounced the tariff truce. The Government explains that it entered the truce in order to ensure the success of the Economic Conference, but it was disappointed in the expectation that the conference would result in stabilisation and the reduction of trade restrictions; therefore it desires to resume complete liberty of action.
