GERMANY TO SOUTH AMERICA NEGOTIATIONS CONCLUDED (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) f BERLIN, September 4. (Received Sept. 5, at 11.55 p.m.) Negotiations between the Brazilian Government and Dr Eckner for a South American Zeppelin service all the year round were successfully concluded. Brazil is to grant' a loan of 3,000,000 marks, repayable in 30 years, for building a Zeppelin shed at Pernambuco. The new service will operate next autumn.
