PROBLEMS REQUIRING ATTENTION
(British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, August 4. (Received August 6, at 5.5 p.m.) General Smuts has been invited by the European-elected members of the Kenya Legislature to break his homeward journey from England to South Africa at Nairobi and spend a week in Kenya in order to discuss problems common to East and South Africa.
